3) Intermediate

After the completion of Standard 4, students enter the two-year Intermediate School, which is Korea's middle school.

Called Form 1 and Form 2, this is a two-year educational program in New Zealand for students aged 11 to 12 years. It is a process of attendance, and the entrance to school according to the age is at the discretion of the principal.

The curriculum for these students is Math, Science, Social Study, Physical Education, Music, Art. Some schools offer both primary and secondary courses, which are called Full Primary Schools.

4) Secondary

New Zealand has about 500 high schools, including public and private schools. Although often used under the name High School, College, or Grammar School, the curriculum that teaches only the school's name is similar, since it follows the NZQA curriculum.

Secondary education in New Zealand begins with Form 3 and is compulsory until Form 5 (age 15). Year 9 (Form 3) subjects include core subjects such as English, mathematics, social studies, science, physical education, and computers, music, art, health education, home, second language, crafts, and graphic design. Has elective subjects, and at least one foreign language is elective.

And as the school year progresses, the number of required courses will gradually decrease, while elective courses offer a variety of subjects, including sociology, accounting, law, art history, and history. The New Zealand Education and Education Administration (NZQA) requires students to take academic tests for Years 11-13 and earn a certain credit to qualify for admission to college.
